Terms and Conditions

Terms and Conditions

1. General Conditions

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions shall affect the Buyer's statutory rights as a Consumer. These Terms and Conditions apply to all contracts for the sale of Goods by the Seller (WolfSpark.uk) to the Buyer and shall prevail over any other communication. Acceptance of delivery shall be deemed conclusive evidence of the Buyer's acceptance of these Terms.

2. Ordering & Contract

All orders are subject to acceptance by the Seller. We reserve the right to refuse an order for any reason, including suspected fraud or unauthorized commercial resale. A legally binding contract is only formed once the Seller dispatches the Goods and sends a dispatch confirmation email.

3. Price and Payment

Prices are as stipulated on the Website. We reserve the right to adjust prices due to supplier increases or errors. If a pricing error is discovered after an order is placed, we will notify the Buyer and offer the option to reconfirm at the correct price or cancel for a full refund. Payment must be cleared in full before dispatch.

4. Delivery & Risk

  • UK Delivery: Estimated 2-4 working days.
  • International: Please email [email protected] for international orders.
  • Loss in Transit: Items are not deemed "lost" until 15 working days have passed (UK) or 25 working days (International). We will not resend or refund until this period has elapsed.
  • Risk: Title and risk pass to the Buyer upon delivery. We are not responsible for theft from "safe places" designated by the Buyer with the courier.

5. Cancellation and Returns (UK Consumer Contracts Regulations)

In accordance with UK law, the Buyer has 14 days from the date of receipt to cancel the contract for any reason.

  • Cancellation of Order: Order cannot be cancelled once placed.
  • Condition: Goods must be returned unused, in original unopened packaging, and in a 100% re-saleable condition.
  • Testing: Taking a torch out of the box to "test" it is permitted, but any signs of wear, scratches to the casing, or damage to the box will result in a deduction from the refund to reflect the diminished value.
  • Costs: The Buyer is responsible for return postage and insurance. We strongly recommend a tracked service; we are not liable for returns lost in the post.
  • Faulty Goods: If a product is defective, the Buyer must notify us within 14 days for a full refund or replacement. After 14 days, warranty terms apply.
  • Returns: For full conditions of returns, please refer to Shipping & Returns.

6. Warranty

Please refer to Warranty

7. Product Representation & Use

We make every effort to display lumens, beam distance, and runtimes accurately based on manufacturer data. However:

  • Performance: Actual performance may vary based on battery quality, ambient temperature, and charge levels.
  • Safety: High-power torches can generate extreme heat. The Seller is not liable for heat damage or eye injury resulting from the misuse of high-lumen products.
  • Images: Colours may vary slightly due to monitor settings.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Seller's liability for any breach of these Terms shall be limited to the purchase price of the Goods. The Seller shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss (including but not limited to loss of profit or personal property damage). Nothing excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by the Seller's proven negligence.

9. Force Majeure

The Seller is not liable for delays caused by events outside our control, including strikes, flood, fire, or failure of third-party telecommunications/postal networks.

10. Privacy Policy

Please refer to Privacy Policy.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.

Environmental & Waste Policy (WEEE)

1. Electrical & Electronic Equipment (WEEE)

As a retailer of electrical goods, [Store Name] complies with the UK WEEE Regulations (2006).

Our Recycling Commitment: We have fulfilled our obligation to provide a take-back scheme for our customers by joining the National Distributor Takeback Scheme (DTS).

Instead of returning your old electrical items to us, you should take them to your local civic amenity site (recycling centre) which has been set up by your local council to handle the safe disposal of e-waste. This ensures that old torches and electronic gear are recycled using the best available treatment techniques, protecting the environment and human health.

To find your nearest participating recycling centre, please visit: www.recycle-more.co.uk.

2. The WEEE Symbol

All electrical products sold by us are marked with the crossed-out wheeled bin symbol. This indicates that the item should not be disposed of with normal household waste but should be taken to a designated collection point for recycling.

3. Battery Disposal

In accordance with the Waste Battery Regulations, we encourage all customers to recycle used batteries.

  • Do Not Post: Waste batteries must never be sent to us via the postal system due to fire safety risks.
  • Where to Recycle: You can dispose of used batteries free of charge at thousands of locations across the UK, including most major supermarkets (look for the battery collection bins) and local recycling centres.
  • Find your closest point at www.recyclenow.com.
