1. The 14-Day Return Process
We offer a 14-day return window for all UK orders.

Notify Us: You must Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return within 14 days of receiving your order to request a return.

Return Label: Once notified, we will email you a prepaid Royal Mail return label (Tracked 48).

Drop-Off Deadline: To be eligible for a refund, you must drop off your return at a Royal Mail point within 14 days of your original purchase date.
2. Return Shipping Fee
While we provide free shipping on all outgoing orders, the cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.

A flat fee of £3.65 for the Royal Mail return label will be deducted from your final refund amount.

This ensures your return is tracked and handled safely by Royal Mail.
3. Mandatory Evidence of Return
When you drop your item off at the Post Office, you must request and keep the "Proof of Postage" receipt. This receipt is your mandatory evidence that the item was sent.

In the event that a parcel is lost in the post, we can only process your refund if you can provide a clear photo or scan of this Royal Mail receipt as evidence.
4. Condition of Items
To receive a refund (minus the £3.65 fee), the product and all included accessories (batteries, lanyards, chargers) must be returned in their original packaging and in "as new" condition. Items showing signs of damage, heavy wear, or missing parts may result in a deduction from your refund to cover the loss in value.
5. Your Refund
Once we receive and inspect your item(s), we will process your refund within 14 days.

6. Faulty Items
If your product is faulty, the £3.65 fee does not apply. Please mention the specific fault in your note when contacting us so we can provide a free return label or arrange a replacement.
International Shipping
We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Please note that there are restrictions on some products, and some items cannot be shipped to certain international destinations due to local regulations (such as battery transport laws).
